Rosé of Pinot Noir

The 2021 Rosé is a saigneé sourced from our early pick Pinot Noir lots. Inoculated with Assmanhausen yeast, the Rosé was barrel fermented and aged in neutral French barrels for an additional 6 month.  In the glass, the color is a delicate light peach. On the nose, a lovely bouquet of rose petals, orange blossoms, tangerine and guava. Crisp and dry on the palette, the wine opens up to juicy watermelon with firm acidity, fine grained texture and a long finish. A perfect summer wine.
